LEGAL NOTICE
1º Information on the Association:
SoliDive is an association formed by the Founding Act dated May 15, 2011 in Madrid. The Association's overall aim and purpose is to contribute to the development and improvement of life quality in communities of impoverished countries or areas by creating solidarity economy diving centres, promoting sustainable tourism and protection of the environment.
It has its registered office in Madrid, on Calle Núñez de Balboa n º 108.
The Association is registered in the National Register of Associations with number 598411, and CIF number G-86292612.
2º The service in relation to the law and jurisdiction:
The Association is subject to the provisions of the Act 1 \ 2002 of 22 March on Associations.
3º Privacy policy:
SoliDive guarantees the confidentiality of personal information provided by those interested in joining the Association at large, whether they are donors or volunteers, and their address is done and will be done according to the law on Protection of Personal Data in force at the time.
4º Intellectual and Industrial property:
All Rights of use are reserved.
The intellectual property rights for the content of this page, graphic design and codes belong to SoliDive and therefore any reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, for personal and private gain is strictly forbidden Similarly, all trade names, trademarks or logos of any kind contained in this site are protected by law.
The authorship of the photographs contained in this site are the exclusive property of the Association, transfer of such material will require explicit consent, except for personal and private use with non-commercial purposes.
5º Donors:
You can become a supporter or make a specific donation. Donations to SoliDive do not qualify for 25% of its value tax exemption in income tax instalments.
6º.- Formal and real identification of the donor and / or receiver:
In accordance with current legislation on prevention of money laundering and prevention of terrorist financing, Law 10/2010 of 28 April, prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, SoliDive will identify all natural or legal persons granting or receiving funds or resources from the Association.
7º.- Usage of website and links:
SoliDive will not be held responsible for the misuse of the Service and contents of this website, being held exclusive responsible the person who accesses or uses them.
SoliDive assumes no responsibility for the information contained on the websites of third parties which may be accessed via links or search engines located on this website. The presence of these links is for informational purposes only and under no circumstances suggests, invites or recommends them.
8º Exchange or distribution of information:
SoliDive disclaims any liability arising from the exchange of information between users via this website, and stresses that responsibility for statements published in it belongs to those who make them.
9º.- Information on technical aspects:
SoliDive will not be held liable for any damages that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of the service, due to causes unrelated to SoliDive. Nor will we be held responsible for delays or blockages in the use of this website caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines and alike, as well as any damages caused by third parties through illegal interference beyond the control of SoliDive. SoliDive is also exempt from liability for any loss or damage the user may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided on the website coming from sources foreign to SoliDive.
10º.- SoliDive activity Reports:
Each year SoliDive agrees to include an activity report in its website so that all followers can have a direct and easy access to the activities of the Association.
